Which Photocopier Print E-mail
Monday, 18 September 2006
When it comes to copying important documents and paperwork it is imperative that you know which photocopier to purchase.  Choosing a photocopier depends on two things: how much you want to copy and how much you have to spend.  Some photocopiers copy very slowly and have a small copy lifetime.

If you are looking for something for a sole proprietorship then a personal copier may necessary with no color options.  This is due to the low volume of copying that may be necessary.  Most one man businesses can be productive by printing most of their documents on a regular printer.  They normally only need a few copies and rarely need a large amount of copies.

As the business grows so do the copying needs.  Presentations may be needed in color and the costs of color ink for a printer are constantly rising.  Therefore a color copier may be necessary so that the copied documents look as fresh and presentable as the originals.  As more and more employees are hired the company will also need to increase its copying capabilities.

The more the company demands as far as copying, color, and quality the more it impacts the type of copier the company will need.  It’s best to buy a copier that had room for expansion so that it can be more useful to the company.  This will also help the company keep costs of buying new equipment to a minimum.  Bigger companies may also need a copier that enlarges and reduces the size of documents to fulfill its needs.
